Remote Diagnostics: Using a modem device, our IDC experts are able to log into your equipment to perform a more in-depth analysis. Remote diagnosis capability ensures your problem is analyzed and resolved promptly, and that any defective parts are correctly identified.
In the event a problem cannot be resolved by our IDC Team, a field service technician will be dispatched and/or the appropriate replacement parts can be supplied.
