The VARICOATER LF is a high-performance laminating system
for the production of demanding laminates consisting of plastic films, paper, aluminium foil and similar materials. The machine
was specifically designed for lamination with 100% solids
solvent-free adhesives, which makes it an environmentally safe, energy efficient and cost effective piece of equipment. The adhesive coating system is laid out as a 4-roller unit. Unwind and rewind
units can be supplied as single roll systems or as shaftless flying splice winders.

The VARICOATER LF excels with superior quality of the laminated product. Precise web tension control on the draws and winders
as well as highly sensitive AC drive technology for the application and dosing rollers as well as for the laminating station, allow for
the production of almost all flexible material laminates. The VARICOATER LF laminator is also available as an in-line unit
to operate in conjunction with printing presses.
