The 3MR is the latest development in the TRIUMPH
range of SOS bag machines. In designing the machine, special attention was
given to incorporate the latest technology with an increased size range. By
using timing belts and direct drives, the 3MR is low maintenance and very quiet.
The side grippers can be adjusted across the entire width, and the bottom opening
station ensures reliable and safe transfer of the tubes over the entire size
range,
with no cam changes. Easy to operate, the operator enters the
new job data using a touch screen. This and other improvements
in the machine result
in set-up time reduction of up to 60% compared to competitive machines.
