With its outstanding flexibility, the PRIMAFLEX C can print all films, aluminium foils, paper and laminates equally well.
Many features contribute to the easy operation and handling of the machine. The modern PROCONTROL TS operator interface ensures that all production parameters are under control at all times. Machine commands are easily entered with the touch screen. Fast job changes are assisted by manually operated plate and anilox bearing caps which are easy to access and result in short set-up times and increased up-time.
Three versions of the PRIMAFLEX are available: PRIMAFLEX CS, CM,
and CL. Standard features for all versions include flying splice unwinds and rewinds units and closed doctor blade chambers on all decks. The drying system can be supplied for alternative heating sources, including hot oil, gas, or electricity. Many options can be integrated, such as a corona treaters, TURBOCLEANautomatic inking and wash-up, slitters, various web inspection and print defect detection systems as well as W&H's patented EASY-SET module for automatic impression setting and EASY-REG for automated register setting. |
