The new MIRAFLEX C showcases W&H’s design
experience
in manufacturing high quality flexo printing presses. The new
MIRAFLEX press design highlights our press operation and
sleeve handling
know-how, including ink and substrate management.
The MIRAFLEX C is easy and safe to operate and offers an
extensive choice of
variations and add-on features for perfectly tailored customized press configuration.
Our decision to add the MIRAFLEX C to our range of CI flexo
presses
is based on the knowledge we gained from supplying hundreds of direct driven
sleeve presses now in operation in
more than 50 countries world-wide. Main applications
include
the printing of plastic film, paper, aluminum foil and laminates.
Printing
width ranges from 1000 mm (40”) to 1450 mm (57”) with print repeat
lengths from 300 – 800 mm (12” to 31.5”). Maximum speed is 500 m/min (1650 ft/min).
The MIRAFLEX C is available
with 8 or 10 colour decks.
Designed to be user friendly, with extensive automation and smart solutions,
the MIRAFLEX improves the profitability of your printing operation.
The optionally available patented EASY-SET system sets and optimizes the impression
setting process. It provides fully
automatic setting of anilox
rolls and plate cylinders in the shortest time possible, resulting
in notable benefits such as fast production start-up, reduced start-up waste
and reproducible settings.
