FLEXA 820 is a modern and efficient flexographic end printer for in-line use with multiwall tubers. With alternative inking systems, the printer covers an exceptionally broad range of applications, from simple cement bags to demanding process work.

- Available with two, three or four fountain roller or
chambered doctor blade color decks, or a combination
of fountain roller / doctor blade color decks for lacquer or
anti-slip coating
- Easy to retrofit to existing tubers using separate drive
and PLC
- Excellent print quality resulting from low vibration color deck design with linear guides
- Chambered doctor blade color decks of the type used with C.I. flexo presses
- Speeds up to 1,150 ft/min (350 m/min) depending on color deck specification
- Hinged cap bearings, two-speed motorized circumferential register adjustment, and W&H's patented color deck positioning provide rapid changeover
- Maximum up-time results from high reliability and minimum maintenance needs
- Large safety doors provide unobstructed access for operator friendliness and job safety
