Minimum contact pressure, tapeless transfer at roll
change,
center and gap winding from roll start or reverse rotation
capability
to allow for forward or reverse winding are only a few
of the
highlights the FILMATIC TX
has to offer. When operating
in conjunction with blown film lines,
the TX can handle films
at speeds up to 655 fpm (200 m/min) and
up to 1,480 fpm
(450 m/min) when operating in conjunction with
cast film systems. Windows-based touch screen monitors at each
winding unit make the high-speed film winder easy to handle.
For multiple roll production, the machine can be optionally fitted
with heated knives,
spreader rollers and a slitting roller draw
which ensures constant web tension for
trouble-free and clean slitting. A roll shaft lifting and removal system facilitates
finished
roll handling and, to suit space available as well as on site logistic facilities,
the FILMATIC TX
can be installed with the winding units back-to-back or face-to-face. |
