The DIAMANT is an extreme performance FFS machine developed for continuous operation at high speeds.
Applications include the packaging of plastic resins or fertilizers, namely products which are dependent on totally reliable, safe and fast packaging of bulk goods.
With a rotary operating principle in the bag filling section,
the machine is extremely durable, even in the toughest environment. Cooling of the bottom seam directly after sealing gives immediate high strength, allowing reliable filling with every short cycle times. Excess length at the top and bottom seals is minimized to give maximum film utilization and hence reducing costs.
The optional mitered corner sealing unit enhances the stability of mitered sack corners and gives a perfect shape to the filled sacks, essential for neat stacking and attractive presentation. As an added benefit, the mitered corner seal eliminates residual product left in the sacks after emptying.
