The CONVERPRINT is a high-performance machine for
in-line or
off-line production of FFS film. Printing, micro-perforation,
and anti-slip embossing of the extruded flat film tube are accomplished
in
a single pass. The system also incorporates a station to produce
a side
gusseted tube ready for use on FFS packaging lines.
If longer runs are typical,
integrating CONVERPRINT with
the extrusion line may be a more practical solution, while off-line
is better when frequent changeovers are required. For off-line use,
CONVERPRINT is equipped with an unwind station. |
