ARCOMAT is
a 3-axis portal robot for automatically palletizing paper sack
packets. It features PC control and modern servo drive technology.
Simple programming of the stacking layer pattern and layer sequence
is completed using a touch screen. The ARCOMAT
has many features, including packet feeding with buffer store and
packet alignment, automatic empty pallet magazine and stack removal
and stack pressing. An interlayer sheet inserter to stabilize stacks with
difficult patterns is available as an option.
The ARCOMAT was developed from the start with a palletizing
table allowing the stack to be formed on a plane surface and to be instantaneously pressed – probably the most important innovation for excellent stacking quality.
Since the original launch of the ARCOMAT several
years ago,
its performance has been continuously improved to today's speed
of 28
cycles per minute. This means that bottomer output can be maximized even with low
count packets, which is often essential
when flatness is a major consideration. |
