Company sees W&H equipment as offering best ROI.

LINCOLN, RI, December 2006 – Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corporation announces the sale of a 59” NOVOFLEX CM 10-color flexo press to Admiral Packaging, Inc. (formerly Union Industries, Inc.) of Providence, RI. The press will be shipped to the customer’s Providence facility in July 2007 for
installation in August of next year. A long-standing W&H customer, Admiral Packaging purchased its
first W&H press back in 1982. The NOVOFLEX CM represents the company’s 7th investment in W&H equipment.

“We chose W&H based on our findings that the NOVOFLEX press is superior in workmanship, technology and performance trials,” states Admiral Packaging’s President, Harley Frank. “W&H has really made dramatic improvements over the past few years. The EASY-SET and EASY-REG options were big factors as was the superior quality, working knowledge, and our belief that W&H stands behind their product. W&H is committed to providing a product that will put us in position to get a good return on our investment.”

"We invested in this new equipment so we could continue our leadership role of supplying the highest quality flexible packaging to our customers. The 10-color press will supplement our present 6- and
8-color W&H presses. Having this new press on line will definitely benefit efficiencies and flexibility to keep us competitive with a domestic and import market, while providing the best product available."
