W&H’s Subsidiary REINHOLD Announces Open House:
19 – 20 July, 2006 in Lengerich, Germany
Event will highlight REINHOLD’s High-Speed
Tuber in conjunction with W&H’s
3-layer VAREX blown
film line and TOPAS Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) bagging equipment
LINCOLN, RI, June 2006 – W&H’s subsidiary REINHOLD
will host an Open House at W&H’s
extrusion lab in Lengerich,
Germany on 19 – 20 July. The event will demonstrate a REINHOLD
High Speed Tuber converting flat film into gusseted sack tube at
the speed of 1,000 feet/minute
(305 m/min).
The two-day event will include technical updates and demonstrations
of:
- A W&H 3-layer VAREX blown film line extruding film
for the tuber.
- REINHOLD’s High Speed Tuber converting the film into gusseted
tube stock by producing
59 inch (1500 mm) diameter rolls of gusseted
heavy duty sack tube at the speed of
1000 feet/minute (305 m/min).
- W&H’s TOPAS Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) bagging machine turning the gussetted tube into filled sacks at the rate of 1,800
sacks per hour.
The demonstration will highlight the complete conversion process
from raw material resin pellets to finished filled sacks.
