W&H Corporation at NPE 2006 with
3-layer VAREX Blown Film Line
Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corporation will be
located at Booth #2559
LINCOLN, RI, March 2006 – At NPE 2006, Windmoeller & Hoelscher
Corporation will be showing
a 63” 3-layer VAREX blown film
line together with the FILMATIC T dual-stacked turret winder.
The FILMATIC T winder will showcase a fully robotic handling and
laser core alignment.
This year’s blown film line is equipped with the OPTIFIL
P2 system for thermal gauge profile
control, the MULTINIP oscillating
haul-off with driven collapsing frame and side guides, as well
as the K-NOSTIC non-capacitance gauge.
The line will also feature the new roller-stabilizing cage whose
single-bar design is better suited for sensitive materials; and
utilize a platform extruder to position all three direct drive
extruders on one common plate.
In addition, W&H’s subsidiary, Reinhold, will also
be on-site in the W&H booth. Reinhold is a supplier
of winders,
tube formers for FFS film, and components of the “cold part” of
blown film extrusion lines.
At NPE, Reinhold will showcase heavy-duty
plastic sacks produced on its High Speed Tube Former.
This year’s NPE show will be held from June 19 – 23
in Chicago. W&H will be welcoming customers
at booth #2559
located in the South hall of McCormick Place.
