MATADOR NG
for the Economical Production of Flat and Satchel Bags
LINCOLN, RI, April 2008 – Regardless of whether you want to produce
short fast food carry-out bags, standard bags for baked goods such
as bread rolls, or extra long bags for baguettes – the
MATADOR NG
presented during drupa at W&H's booth in Düsseldorf is the right
machine for
the production of flat and satchel bags. The MATADOR NG
is manufactured by Garant Maschinenhandel GmbH, a subsidiary of Windmoeller & Hoelscher.
The paper bags produced on the exceptionally fast running MATADOR
NG, with or without window,
do not have a bottom, but feature side
gussets for the products to be packaged. These bags are in
great demand
in the marketplace. The low-cost production of these bags for the
packaging of baked goods and take-out products makes the MATADOR NG
very attractive to the customer.
The machine is designed for short change-over times with state-of-the-art
servo drive technology. Product data of previously run bags can be
called up from the recipe memory for repeat runs. The machine quickly
adjusts automatically to the new product sizes.
Additionally, the MATADOR NG on show at drupa features the new LINAFLEX
end printer with
sleeve change and servo drive technology.
